2:10pm Breakfast was a Western Style Omelet with Turkey, Ham and Potatoes (This was really good.)
Lunch was Vegetable Ratatouille with Baked Chicken Breast and Garlic Toast (could have been better maybe if they had included Remy.)
Although still dealing with being hungry I do definitely notice that I have more energy and in general feel better. Plus side of being hungry at night is that by going to bed earlier I am more alert in the morning and getting up for work is easier. And star for me I have already managed to 6 servings of water today. Pretty soon I hope to no longer have to think about remembering to do so and it will just become a habit.
10:10pm Dinner wasChili Rubbed Beaf Steak with Candied Sweet Potatoes and Feta Cheese. (definitely not my favorite meal)

1:16pm Day Two
Breakfast was Cinnamon French Toast with Turkey Sausage, Raspberry Syrup and Scrambled Egg Whites
Lunch was Turkey Chili with Black Beans and Oyster crackers
Found out today I am doing this a bit wrong. You are allowed two snacks per day so I thought I would be extra good and not eat the snacks. Turns out it’s not just allowed but you are supposed to eat the snacks to stay in the “Zone” and avoid becoming so hungry that you don’t have the urge to overeat or snack on something you shouldn’t. Going to stop off at the market on the way home from work and pick up some approved snacks. It’s mainly bits of low-fat or skim cheese (cottage cheese included), fruits and nuts.
Doing good with the water bit. Made it to 4 8 ounce glasses yesterday and will try to do better today.
10:15pm Dinner was Chicken Breast with Whole Wheat Pasta Marinara w/ Parmesan Cheese
Had a little snack of three olives which is allowed!!! Yeah I LOVE olives. Think I will go to be a bit early again. I am working on occupying myself with different things so I don’t cheat when I feel hungry but I am feeling weak so bed it will be. 72 Days to go.
